Cutting Meal Plan – 12/16/17

I felt so much pressure last week trying to get my meal prep for week 5’s cutting meal plan done in the time allotted. Turns out that’s because I made way too much food! So, I had a lot of leftovers to populate my meal plan for this week. I certainly enjoyed the easy meal prep. And I’m enjoying the leftovers just as much as the first time around. Luckily the temperature here has been subfreezing, so my porch served as an extra freezer to keep all that food!

Thanks to the extra time on my hands, I have been able to play around with some new recipes for overnight oats and protein pudding. This week features fun flavors including Mocha Almond Fudge, Black Forest, and Rocky Road. I’m working toward a post titled 50 Shades of Overnight Oats & Protein Pudding!
